Hi! I'm Dena Farash

and Motherhood had me feeling like I was losing myself.

It wasn't until an epic Mom-sized meltdown that my turning point became clear - in order to enjoy Motherhood more, I needed to change my mindset around it.

Love was never a problem. I easily loved my children.

My problem was, I didn't always like being a Mom. 

I decided that meditation would be a no frills way of testing myself and expanding my capacity for joy.

Only one problem.....I knew nothing about meditation and was pretty convinced I could not do it. 

I headed out on a journey to learn about meditation; what it is and what it is not.

I learned how to make it managable for my life; as a Mom with little kids.

I created a non-negotiable practice to help me learn to become more calm and present for the moments that really matter in Motherhood.

And my life changed forever.

I understood how my thoughts were straining my relationship with my kids and my husband. 

I learned that if I am feeling badly, I will act in a way that doesn't make me proud as a Mom.

I experienced small shifts that allowed me to become more present, more grounded, and feel like Motherhood was less overwhelming than before.

I began to feel like a more positive person who could tackle the chaos of Motherhood with grace. And in the moments when grace was not present, I learned to quickly turn myself to self-compassion and forgiveness.

Now I share what has worked for me and 1,000+ Moms with you.

Motherhood is HARD.

Enjoying it more doesn't have to be.
