Ask for surrender…speak in words like “ I surrender to the notion that I will never be the perfect mom!”

Affirmations:

I am enough.

I am in the moment with my kids.

I am able to surrender the emotions that do not serve me.

I am enough!!

I feel satisfied with my life and know that I am on the exact journey I am meant to be on.
